Shipping Policy

All RoadKit orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse partner.

Delivery to Australia

Standard delivery to Australian addresses takes 7–14 business days from the date your order is placed. This is the typical timeframe for the majority of orders, though on rare occasions delivery may take a little longer due to customs processing or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Every order is shipped with tracking included at no extra charge. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel's progress.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders — no minimum spend required.

International Orders

At this stage, we primarily ship to Australian addresses. If you're outside Australia and would like to place an order, please contact us at hello@roadkit.com.au and we'll do our best to help.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
